Last updated: 15 January 2025
1. Limited Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies to products purchased directly from Orchard Home Interiors and covers manufacturing defects and shipping errors for the original purchaser. This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
2. Warranty Period and Coverage Scope
The warranty period is 30 days from delivery. This aligns with your short-term right to reject faulty goods under section 22 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Products must remain unopened and in factory-sealed condition to qualify for exchange under this voluntary warranty.

- Shipping damage (reported within 24 hours)
- Incorrect shipments
Approved claims are resolved via replacement or refund at our discretion.
4. What Is Not Covered
- Customer-caused damage
- Improper installation or misuse
- Opened or used products (except where required to discover a defect)
- Cosmetic packaging issues that do not affect product quality
- Environmental or normal wear damage
5. Warranty Claim Process
- Contact support within 30 days of delivery
- Provide order details and evidence (photographs or description)
- Claim is reviewed and evaluated

6. Remedy and Resolution
We provide either replacement or refund depending on the situation. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 entitle you to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund for faulty goods.
7. Return and Inspection
Return shipping is covered by us for valid warranty claims and faulty goods. For change-of-mind returns under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you are responsible for the cost of return.
8. Manufacturer Warranty Coordination
We may coordinate with manufacturers for additional warranty coverage beyond this 30-day period. Manufacturer warranties do not affect your statutory rights.
9. Safety and Compliance
All warranty handling follows applicable UK safety and regulatory standards. Faulty goods that pose a safety risk will be handled in accordance with the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
10. Commercial Orders
Bulk or commercial orders may have separate warranty agreements. Business-to-business contracts are governed by the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and common law.
11. Limitation of Liability
This voluntary warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit them. Our liability for faulty goods is governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
12. Warranty Transfer
This voluntary warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 may pass to subsequent owners in certain circumstances.
13. Record Keeping
You should retain purchase documentation (order confirmation, receipt, invoice) for warranty claims and to evidence your statutory rights.
